“I got this thing”

—The future You

Confident ADHD business person

But before we get there, let's look at what it feels like NOW

It might feel right now that….

“Maybe I’m just not ready” Are the doubts creeping in? Maybe you are always looking over your shoulder, making sure no one is realizing you are a fraud. Are your shoulders tight? Or your back hurts? Or just tired and listless ALL THE TIME?

“I’m feeling stuck!” Like you are spinning your wheels? A constant restlessness/anxiety/fidgets taking over?

Visual depiction of Burnout and over-stimulation

or

“I’m just fine where I am. I am good at my job. I don't want to be 'them'. I don't want to climb this ladder. I like my position because it's safe and I know where I stand.”

“Failure Lab”

A promotional flyer for an online event called Failure Lab, showing a woman participating in a virtual meeting with multiple smiling attendees on her laptop screen. The flyer includes event details and a modern design with yellow and blue accents.

Come hang out and dive into the art of flopping forward—where every fail is just a step to success!

Most people try to avoid failure.
I think failure is the fastest way to learn.

The Failure Lab is a weekly drop-in conversation where we reflect on:

• what didn’t work this week
• what we learned from it
• what we’ll try differently next time

This is not therapy, coaching, or a formal workshop — just a space to think, reflect, and experiment.

If no one shows up, I’ll probably spend the time creating content about failure anyway.

Thursdays at 12 PM EST.
